The Neptune Drive-In, located at 691 Main Street in Shediac, New Brunswick, is a nostalgic outdoor cinema that has been delighting moviegoers since its grand opening on July 3, 1965. After a period of closure, the drive-in was revitalized in 2010 and has since become a cherished summer destination. Under new ownership by Sébastien Després and Heather Wright, the Neptune Drive-In is now part of the Shediac Wonderland experience, which includes Bistro Le Moque-Tortue, Le Griffon B&B, and Adorable Chocolat .
The drive-in operates seasonally from May through September, offering a double-feature format with a diverse selection of films each weekend, catering to families, children, and adult audiences. In addition to classic concession stand treats, the venue now features a Texas-style smokehouse called Morse et Marteaux, providing a unique dining experience before the show .
With a capacity of approximately 350 vehicles, the Neptune Drive-In offers a classic movie-watching experience under the stars, making it a must-visit for both locals and visitors seeking a bit of retro charm in the heart of Shediac.
